When I am with a patient, I do not interrupt their time. So please feel free to leave a message, Facebook, or go online to look at the schedule. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee same day return.

Late / No Show / Cancellation Policies

Hey, life happens.  Here's what to expect:  

Late: We just take that time off of your appointment and go with the remaining time. It still costs the same. 

No Show: Depends on the situation, but since the time is reserved for you, I will charge 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.   

Cancellation: Please cancel online or leave a message as soon as you can to avoid a cancellation fee! 24 hours preferred.
